" It means different things to different people.

I began practicing Sun Do in 1994.  At the time, I was a stay-at-home mom with two very young children.  As much as I loved them and our times together were so precious, there was a part of me that was becoming depleted.  Coincidentally, I saw a Sun Do flyer in Montpelier and made a call to find out what Sun Do was all about.  Michael, in a very wise Taoist way, answered, " It means different things to different people.  You can come and try it, as the first two classes are free." Try it, I did and I attended all three weekly classes right from the start and have been practicing regularly ever since.  The benefits have been profound.  I think what impresses me the most about this ancient practice is that it seems to tailor itself to the individual's particular needs and growth.  How it works is a welcome mystery.  It's experiential and the way to find out if it's for you is to try it.
